Due to the nature of our digital content provided, there are no refunds.
Memberships are sold on a rolling monthly basis. This means commiting to a month at a time.
Subscriptions will be auto-renewed each month and will continue until you cancel.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance of your next billing date. (Your billing date will be the same date on which you signed up).
Please note: no refunds will be granted once payments have been processed.
The membership price and terms you sign up to are locked at the time you join.
If you cancel and re-join in the future, you will be subject to the current membership pricing and terms valid at the time of rejoining.
We are only rolling monthly memberships.
A minimum commitment of 3 months will apply for some of our more exclusive discounts
When your membership is activated you will be granted immediate access to our online members portal and directory.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle submit your cancellation request at least 14 days in advance of your renewal date.

We do not provide refunds for already processed payments.
Your membership and access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Due to the digital nature of the membership, refunds are not available.
