Whether you're here to crack a creative block, find your next collaborator or just geek out about really great design... this is your space. As with all great communities, we want to stay inspiring and safe for everyone, so here’s what we stand by:

 

1. Share Your Work, Not Your Sales Pitch

Show us what you've made. Tell us how you did it. Please note: This isn’t a sales channel, it’s a community. If your post feels like a cold pitch, it doesn’t belong here. Example:- Do: “We just wrapped this campaign and learned a lot, here’s what worked.”- Don’t: “Buy our service! DM us now!”​If we see spammy or sales activity. We will remove you.

 

​​2. Be Generous With Your Knowledge

We're all here to grow together. Ask questions. Share insights. Drop your wins and the messy stuff too. It could be a breakthrough you've had? Or that campaign that flopped spectacularly. Either way, we want to hear about it. Your perspective as a seasoned pro or a fresh set of eyes can help others. If you’ve learned something the hard way, someone else will thank you for making it easier.​​​

 

3. Celebrate Every Voice

We come from different places, cultures, identities and industries. We've all had different experiences and that’s our strength. Be inclusive. Be kind. Disagreement is fine.Disrespect? Not here.​Zero tolerance for racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia or any type of discrimination.

Looking for advice or support? Amazing, just remember to give some back too.Comment on posts, contribute, ask thoughtful questions and cheer each other on. A thriving community is built on reciprocity, not extraction.

No Spam. No filters. Bring your whole-self, the questions, the doubts, weird ideas and all.This is a space where vulnerability is welcome and honesty is respected.You don’t need to have it all figured out to contribute.​​​

The creative world never stops moving and neither do we. Try new things. Ask “what if?”.Share the experimental stuff. Champion the new, weird and the wonderful. ​​​

 

7. Confidentiality Matters: What Happens In The Collective Stays in the Collective

What’s shared in closed circles stays there. Keep them private. No screenshots or shares without permission.Trust is sacred here. ​​​

 

8. Lift Others Up

Seen someone doing something awesome? Tag them. Feature them. This community works best when we elevate one another.​​​

 

9. Speak Up When Something's Off

Spot something that doesn't feel right? Don't call it out publicly, message our admin team.We’ll handle it care and fairness. We will remove anyone who breaches these guidelines and our members trust. ​​​​

 

10. Help Us Evolve

Makers & Minds Collective will only grow with your input.
